Job responsibilities:

1. The Business Director should undertake product market development, develop and maintain new and old clients through various channels like internet, exhibition, individual resources and company resources, etc.

2. The Business Director should undertake market survey and collection, analysis of competitive intelligence, and formulate sales strategies and plans to improve sale performance.

3. The Business Director should execute annual work plan of the company within the region.

4. The Business Director should coordinate with agents in the region on client follow-up and relationship sorting.

5. The Business Director should formulate marketing plans and promotion schemes and participate in marketing campaigns.
